Staff was very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Beginning to get a bit rundown.

The staff is excellent, but we know this because we had to interact with them a lot. The keys to our door never worked. Also, housekeeping does not clean every day so you must switch out your own linens. And, the hotel is beginning to show signs of age, ceiling cracking, TV speakers out, air/heating not 100%.

The free breakfast was nutritious.

This is a good long-term stay facility. Their breakfasts are complete, but somewhat blah. The electronic keys were dicey. No elevators were apparent. Clean. I would go back.

The breakfast was super and it was great to have a fridge in the room.

Location was a bit hard to find.

I was greatly surprised with the room and the hotel. The daily breakfast was spectacular! I also enjoyed having a fridge in the room. I would highly recommend staying here on a business trip or if you have kids; just remember no pool. ...read more

Kitchenette, dishes, dishwasher, VCR, large desk, hide abed, kids-stay-free.

A little bit hard to find.

It's pretty. It had free food on Wednesday night. It had a better breakfast than other hotels. It's been remodeled not long ago and it is pretty.

Refrigerator and microwave.

Hallways were very dirty and smelled, also I was put on the 2nd floor and no elevator.

Nice hotel if the would do more to keep the halls clean. Also they do not clean your rooms everyday. It's done twice a week.

The shower had a little bit of mildew in the corners

Excellent customer service, Good breakfast

Unreliable high speed internet service

Front desk staff was very pleasant. Everyone was acepting of our favorite family member, my dog!! Breakfast buffett was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping staff was accomidating to our needs.

Since this was an extended stay location, I enjoyed having a kitchen and refrigerator in the room.

Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, only once per week or after a checkout.

Overall, this was a nice hotel. The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, but I don't have my sheets changed every day at home either, so it wasn't a big deal.

Nice, big room - it was a suite with full kitchen

No pool or hot tub.

The hotel was nice - clean, comfortable, convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were fully equipped with kitchen, VCR, etc. Our only disappointment was that there was no pool or hot tub.
